NICHOLAS PRAKAS

Nicholas Prakas is from New York. After graduating from Parsons School of Design in 1997 he left the states to spend almost a decade in Athens shooting fashion editorials and portraits of Greek celebrities and musicians. Returning to NY in 2011 he soon became a monthly contributor to Details magazine and his work has been featured in publications such as The Hollywood Reporter, Vogue India, Vogue Hombre Mexico, Client, Marie Claire, GQ, Spunk, NYLON, New York Times Magazine, Men’s Fitness, CRUSH Fanzine, Marie Claire France, OZON, T Magazine, Elle Decor Turkiye, and Marie Claire Greece; All the while working with numerous brands in fashion and building on his experiences, from taking on positions in magazine publishing, in advertising as an art director and most recently as creative director of content for two clothing brands. He currently lives between Athens and NY
